ProStaff Real Estate, Inc. simply offers more than the rest to Agents who join our team. With our 100% commission option (currently offered at $299/mo*), each agent will receive the following:

1. 1000 business cards per quarter
2. A company email address (janedoe@theprostaff.com)
3. Access to the Commercial MLS website and legal forms
4. A personal profile on www.theprostaff.com
5. A personal fax-to-email account
6. A company voicemail account

For Agents who commit for 12 months, we’ll even cover your first quarter of NWMLS dues.

Agents join ProStaff because we treat them like family. We say what we mean and we stand by our word. All agents will receive all of
the professional and technical services that large franchises offer for a much more reasonable fee. We don’t even charge a per-transaction fee!

If you’re a part-time agent, or new to the industry and you don’t feel the 100% option is for you, we have an entry level position for $150 per month. You enter into a 70/30 split with the office until you’ve reached 60K in total commissions at which time you then receive 100%. This option renews each fiscal year from the start date. With this option, you get everything the 100% agents get and there is no per-transaction fee.
